Each piece we create is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to feel confident and excited about your order.

 

Please note that all our frames are custom-made specifically for you.

You choose the size, frame color, and design, which means every order is uniquely crafted based on your personal preferences.

 

For this reason, returns or exchanges are not available once the order is placed, as customized items cannot be resold or reused.

 

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

In this case, we will gladly replace the item with a new one at no extra cost.

 

To ensure a smooth replacement process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
