At Frames, all our wall frames are made especially for you based on your selected size, frame color, and design. For this reason, orders require preparation time before shipping.

 

• Orders are processed and delivered within 7–10 business days.

• Business days do not include weekends or official holidays.

• Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location.

 

• We currently ship within Egypt only.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

 

• Once your order is shipped, you may be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange delivery.

 

While we do our best to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or high order volumes). We appreciate your understanding.

 

Please make sure all shipping details are entered correctly. Frames is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
